If your curious about how a sugar mill works and how sugar cane is turned into sweet and yummy sugar, then a Farleigh Sugar Mill tour with Reeforest is a definite must. Meeting at the Farleigh Sugar Mill, you will be taken through the mill by your guide and have the process explained to you step by step. LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS (TUCKED IN), LONG PANTS and CLOSED IN SHOES ARE MANDATORY. ABLE BODIED PEOPLE WHO ARE OVER THE HEIGHT OF 1.2m MAY TAKE THE TOUR.

Directions- Please note at this point in time certain roads do not exist in maps used by SatNav and GPS technology. The best way to find us is to follow these simple directions. Also to ensure the tour is running on that day please phone ahead.

From Bruce Highway, come to Farleigh and turn off onto Childow Street. Take first left onto Armstrong Street and follow Road. The Mill will be in front of you (you can't miss it) but please do not drive into mill grounds. Tourism parking is to your right, before the Farleigh Store. This is signed during the season. Please walk passed the store, through the workers carpark until you come to an old building next to giant silos. This building is where the tours run from, please remain here until being greeeted by your guide.
